The loss of a recurring subscriber is never fun, especially without knowing why they want to cancel. With this tool, before they cancel, you can get one step closer to winning your member back or at least try to collect some data from them before seeing them go.
This tool allows you to set a member’s redirect URL when they click the “Cancel” link on their MemberPress Account page. For each membership, you can also configure a different URL.
You can use the provided shortcode on your custom page if the customer really wants to go, to allow them to actually cancel their subscription.
