WCST helps your clients to monitor their orders easily. You would definitely be able to connect a shipping company and even a tracking number to any order. In the “Total Order” email and “View Order” tab, WCST will display tracking details (Business Connection as well as trackin code) directly. Your clients can easily monitor their orders just by clicking the connection created by WCST. Trackin Connection would automatically redirect to the company site (if possible, if the company allows that where the consumer can immediately track the shipment standing according to the linked tracking code.
