Process for Smart Refunds
The customer logs into My Account and locates the order for a refund by searching for it.

The store owner can manage refunds from WooCommerce if an immediate refund isn’t allowed or practicable.

All updates are sent to both the consumer and the administrator through email.
Once the order is processed, the order status changes to “refunded.”
