Comments for WordPress are a Mess!
In WordPress, all comments are listed on the “comments” tab, and you can only moderate, react, or remove them.
However, several plugins use the Comments System to store customer feedback, such as WooCommerce, Quick Digital Downloads, etc.
The problem is that. Using the system developed for blog comments, it’s impossible to handle the client feedback or testimonials or event reviews.
You can’t scan for star reviews or scores.
Customer reviews will not be exported or imported into foreign networks.
